When your Argyle professional fire fighters show up to the fire station for their 48-hour shifts and hang their gear on the fire truck, they have only one thought on their mind: your safety. I'm proud to represent the hardworking fire fighters who put their lives on the line every day to protect our residents.
While our members put their safety at risk day in and day out, it's my goal and responsibility to provide as president to ensure they have access to a safe work place, equal pay, and equal rights. We believe that today these rights are more important to maintain than ever before.
In recent years, we have worked hard to solidify our relationship with the residents who we've taken an oath to protect. We strive to show the community our pride in our work and our values as your emergency response crews, along with our commitment to giving back to the community we serve. We believe a strong relationship with the residents, businesses, and visitors we serve is the foundation to a successful association and successful future.
Nothing is more important to us than the support of our community, and we work every day to provide the residents we serve with excellence in public safety. We hope that the window we open into the lives of our fire fighters will give you a sense of how hard all of us work to keep you safe.
